Agaropectina

A agaropectina é un dos dous principais compoñentes do ágar-ágar (o outro é a agarosa).[1] A diferenza da agarosa, a agaropectina non pode formar un xel por si mesma, aínda que sábese que favorece a xelificación do ágar-ágar.[2]
