Guarbecque (French pronunciation: [ɡaʁbɛk]; Picard: Guérbécque; West Flemish: Gaverbeke) is a commune in the Pas-de-Calais department in the Hauts-de-France region of France[3] about 9 miles (14 km) north of Béthune and 28 miles (45 km) west of Lille. The Canal d'Aire and the Guarbecque stream flow through the commune.[citation needed]
