Serifo, ankaŭ nomata "kalkano", estas malgranda transversa streketo ĉe la finaj partoj de iuj tipoj (literoj, ciferoj kaj signoj) en tipografio. Tiujn tipojn oni nomas "serifaj tipoj", kontraste al "senserifaj tipoj", kiuj ne havas serifojn (vidu la bildon).
