Tioglukozidaza (EC 3.2.1.147, mirozinaza, sinigrinaza, sinigraza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom tioglukozid glukohidrolaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- tioglukozid + H2O šećer + tiol
Ovaj enzim ima široku specifičnost za tioglikozide.
