Urushiol /ʊˈruːʃi.ɒl/ adalah campuran beberapa turunan katekol yang unsur utamanya berupa minyak penyebab alergi yang ditemukan di beberapa tanaman keluarga Anacardiaceae, terutama Toxicodendron spp (misalnya ek beracun, poison ivy, poison sumac).[1] Nama urushiol diambil dari nama pohon urushi Jepang (Toxicodendron vernicifluum).[2]
