Die Mangostane (Garcinia mangostana), auch Mangostan, Mangostanbaum, Mangostin oder Mangostinbaum genannt, ist eine Pflanzenart der Gattung Garcinia in der Familie der Clusiaceae. Das Wort „Mangostan“ stammt aus dem Malaiischen. Die Frucht dieses tropischen Baumes, genannt Mangostanfrucht oder nur Mangostan, ist essbar und reich an Antioxidantien.
