The 2024 season is the Las Vegas Raiders' 55th season in the National Football League (NFL), their 65th overall, their fifth in Las Vegas and their first full season under head coach Antonio Pierce and their first with general manager Tom Telesco.[1] After starting the season 2–2, The Raiders would go on a ten-game losing streak. The Raiders failed to improve on their 8–9 record from last year as they had their worst start since 2018. They also failed to end their 21-year AFC West title drought when the Kansas City Chiefs beat the Carolina Panthers in Week 12. With their loss to the Chiefs the following week, the Raiders were eliminated from playoff contention for the third straight season and were locked into last place in the AFC West for the first time since 2018.
