Anita K. Krug

Anita K. Krug is an American legal scholar and academic administrator serving as the dean and a professor of Law at Chicago-Kent College of Law since 2019. She was previously the D. Wayne and Anne Gittinger Endowed Professor at the University of Washington School of Law from 2016 to 2019. Her work focuses on securities regulation, investment management, and corporate governance.
