Celestino Obua is a Ugandan physician, pharmacologist, academic and academic administrator. He is the current Chairman of the Uganda National Examinations Board (UNEB).[1] He is the former Vice Chancellor of Mbarara University of Science and Technology succeeded by Pauline Byakika in October 2024.[2] He served in that position from 24 October 2014 until 24 October 2024.[3] Prior to that, he served as the Deputy Principal of Makerere University College of Health Sciences.[4]
