Delegate is a small town in far southern New South Wales, Australia in Snowy Monaro Regional Council, 523 kilometres (325 mi) south-southwest of the state capital, Sydney.
The township is situated on the Delegate River, just a few kilometres north of the state border between New South Wales and Victoria. At the 2021 census, Delegate had a population of 295.[1]
