Kurosawa Tokiko (1806-1890, born Kurosawa Kon) was a poet, teacher, and imperial loyalist in late Tokugawa and early Meiji Japan. She is mostly known for traveling by herself to petition for the release of her domainal lord Tokugawa Nariaki.[1]
