Comment: Delete - If Balsera provided "vital support" on Spirit of the Century that is covered in reliable, independent sources then why is he not mentioned at that page? I similarly checked The Dresden Files Roleplaying Game and Mindjammer - The Roleplaying Game and did not see a mention at those pages. If someone independent from the subject wishes to demonstrate notability, they should start by making the case at those other pages.
