Monica Rizzio (b. 1980) is an American and Roots singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and educator. Rizzio co-founded the non-profit Vinegrass Organization which as of 2024 has raised over $115,000 for music scholarships, grants and musical instruments for students. Rizzio has garnered regional and national acclaim for her storytelling, employing a unique blend of Americana and Country songwriting that reflects a fusion of her rural Texas upbringings and her life in New England.
