Gaojiayuan station[1] (simplified Chinese: 高家园站; traditional Chinese: 高家園站; pinyin: Gāojiāyuán zhàn) is a station on Line 12[2] and Line 14 of the Beijing Subway. The Line 12 station opened on December 15, 2024.[3] Due to the slow and uncertain progress of demolition and relocation of the occupied area of the equipment buildings, the opening date for the Line 14 station has not yet been determined.[4][5]

The surrounding environment of Gaojiayuan Station on Line 14 is complex and the hydrogeological conditions are poor. The concourse and the transfer passageway are close to the residential buildings in Dashanzi Nanli Community. Affected by the disturbance and demolition problems, the on-site construction has been progressing slowly. The rail company coordinated with various departments and units at all levels in the city to organize construction units and design units to adjust the plan many times to solve the on-site construction problems. It also tried various attempts such as demolition integration and evacuation compensation to solve the disturbance problem of residential buildings in Dashanzi Nanli Community.
