Kevin O'Neill (22 August 1953 – 3 November 2022)[3][4] was an English comic book illustrator who was the co-creator of Nemesis the Warlock, Marshal Law (both with writer Pat Mills), and The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen (with Alan Moore).
