Luis Moreno Ocampo[nb 1] (born 4 June 1952)[1] is an Argentine lawyer who served as the first prosecutor of the International Criminal Court (ICC) from 2003 to 2012. Previously, he had played a major role in Argentina's democratic transition (1983–1991).
