Rasheid Karl Scarlett (born November 10, 1977) is an American entrepreneur and technologist. He founded NetAesthetics, an IT consulting firm specializing in communication solutions, and Great Dwellings, a property management company for short-term rentals. In 2024, he was appointed to the FirstNet Authority Board, which oversees the development of a nationwide public safety broadband network.[1]
