Tarleton State University is a public research university with its main campus in Stephenville, Texas. It is a founding member of the Texas A&M University System[3] and enrolled over 15,000 students in the fall of 2022.[4][5] It is classified among "R2: Doctoral Universities – High research activity".[6]
