This template generates boilerplate text explaining the structure of the Hindu festival dates. This template is intended to be trascluded into the wiki pages pertaining to Hindu festivals. This template is applicable only to those Hindu festivals whose dates are fixed based on the lunar portion (chandra mana) of the Hindu lunisolar calendar. By default, this infobox displays collapsed.
