The Pitt is an American medical drama television series created by R. Scott Gemmill that premiered on Max on January 9, 2025.[1][2] Each episode of the season covers one hour of a single 15-hour emergency department shift at the fictional Pittsburgh Trauma Medical Hospital.[3]
