Tyla and her collaborators Ari PenSmith, Mocha Bands, Believve and Sammy SoSo led production and songwriting. The album was led by the single "Water", which proved to be her breakthrough, peaked at number 7 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart and received multi-platinum certificates in many countries. Other singles from the album include "Truth or Dare", "Art" and "Jump".
