United Airlines, Inc. is a major airline in the United States headquartered in Chicago, Illinois[3] United operates an extensive domestic and international route network across the United States and six continents[10] primarily via its seven U.S. hubs, with Chicago–O'Hare having the largest number of daily flights[11] and Denver carrying the most passengers in 2023.[12] United codeshares with United Express-branded regional airlines, and has been member of the Star Alliance since its founding in 1997.
