The Hangzhou Campus of the University of International Relations, (Chinese: 国际关系学院杭州校区) also called the Zhejiang Second People's Police School (浙江第二人民警察学校), and colloquially referred to as the Guoguan Hangzhou Campus, is a school operated by the Chinese Ministry of State Security located in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China.
The campus leads the practical training of MSS officers and has been described on a local government website as ‘specializing in training special talent’. Some graduates of the Hangzhou campus have moved straight into MSS positions. The Hangzhou campus works closely with Zhejiang University on teaching and research.[2]
The Hangzhou Campus is responsible for cultivating high-level technical professionals in the national security system and organizing academic education in international politics and other majors.[3]
On May 30, the Hangzhou National Physique Monitoring Center was invited to go to the Hangzhou Campus of the International Relations College of the Zhejiang Second People's Police School for another test.
