Valdosta State University (VSU or Valdosta State) is a public university in Valdosta, Georgia, United States, and is one of the four comprehensive universities in the University System of Georgia. As of 2019[update], VSU had over 12,000 undergraduate and graduate students.[2] VSU also offers classes at Moody Air Force Base north of Valdosta in Lowndes County.
Valdosta State offers degree levels that include: associate, bachelor's, master's, Education Specialist, and doctoral degree. The university is composed of the Colleges of the Arts, College of Business Administration, College of Education and Human Services, College of Humanities and Social Sciences, College of Nursing and Health Sciences, College of Science and Mathematics. The institution also includes over sixty graduate programs to choose from both online and in-person.
