Wikipedia:2015 administrator election reform/Phase I

Phase I of RFA2015 has ended.

The purpose of this first phase was to identify the community consensus as to what the major problems with our administrator election system actually are. This is the first logical step to take in the process of reforming RfA, after which will come discussions as to how we can fix the problems. This phase consisted of one RfC.
