Pengadilan Umum Uni Eropa (bahasa Inggris: Court of Justice of the European Union, General Court) adalah pengadilan rendah dari Mahkamah Eropa. Lembaga ini bertugas melawan lembaga-lembaga Uni Eropa oleh individu-individu dan negara-negara anggota, meskipun hal-hal tertentu disediakan untuk Mahkamah Eropa. Keputusan Pengadilan Umum dapat diajukan banding ke Pengadilan, tetapi hanya pada satu titik hukum. Sebelum berlakunya Perjanjian Lisboa pada 1 Desember 2009, lembaga ini dikenal sebagai Pengadilan Tingkat Pertama (bahasa Inggris: Court of First Instance).
