Subdivisiones regionales Insulae Croatiae (Italiane)

Omnino Insulae Croatiae sunt 1.246[1], cuius circiter quinquaginta habitantur cum tota area 3.259 km²[2]. Insulae definiuntur (Croatice: ‘’otok’’) illae cum area maiore quam 1 km²; parvae insulae (‘’otočić’’) illae cum area inferiore quam 1 km² sed maiore quam 0,01 km²; scopula et rupes (croatice: ‘’hrid’’) definiuntur illae cum area minore quam 0,01 km². Cum divisione ista, in summa insulae sunt 79[3], parvae insulae 525[4] et scopula 642[5]. Duae innsulae maiores sunt Vegla Crepsaque, utraque cum area circiter 405 km². Numerus insularum, parvarum insularum et scopulorum tempore variat propter mutations physicas et artificiales[6].

Insulae et archipelagi digesti sunt cum subdivisione regionali croatica[7], secundum collocationem geographicam ab Septentrione-Occidente usque ad Austro-Oriente, cum toponymo latino, si exstat, aut si id non est, cum nomine croatico et italiano scriptura corsiva.
