Magnoliidae (Anglice Magnoliids) sunt grex angiospermarum (plantarum florentium), qui variis modis a botanicis definitur. Magnoliidae sunt cladus Mesangiospermarum apud Gregem Phylogeniae Angiospermarum quae quattuor ordines comprehendit: Magnoliales, Laurales, Piperales, Canellales.[1]

Alteram autem definitionem M. W. Chase et I. L. Reveal proposuerunt: Magnoliidas esse subclassem quae omnes Angiospermas complectatur.[2]
