Martin Karplus (lahir 15 Mac 1930) ialah seorang ahli teori Amerika Syarikat kelahiran Austria. Beliau ialah Profesor Kimia Theodore William Richards, pangkat emeritus di Universiti Harvard. Beliau juga merupakan Pengarah Makmal Kimia Biofizik iaitu makmal bersama Pusat Kebangsaan Penyelidikan Saintifik Perancis dan Universiti Strasbourg, Perancis.
Beliau menerima Hadiah Nobel dalam Kimia 2013 bersama-sama Michael Levitt dan Arieh Warshel atas "pembangunan model multisel untuk sistem kimia kompleks".[1][2][3][4][5][6]
