Parti Komunis Nepal (Maois) (Bahasa Nepal: नेपाल कम्युनिष्ट पार्टी (माओवादी) Nepāl Kamyuniṣṭ Pārṭī (Māovādī), bahasa Inggeris: Communist Party of Nepal (Maoist), CPN (M)) ialah sebuah parti politik berfahaman Maoisme di Nepal yang ditubuhkan pada tahun 1994 dan dipimpin Pushpa Kamal Dahal (atau lebih dikenali sebagai Prachanda). Parti ini menjadi parti terbesar di Pilihan Raya Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Nepal 2008.
