Marek Rutkiewicz (Olsztyn, 8 mei 1981) is een Pools wielrenner die anno 2019 rijdt voor Wibatech Merx 7R.
Rutkiewicz begon zijn carrière bij het Franse Cofidis, waar hij drie jaar bleef rijden. Daarna ging hij terug naar zijn thuisland om voor Intel-Action te gaan rijden.
Rutkiewicz' grootste overwinning is een etappe in de Ronde van Polen van 2004.
