The Prestige is een Brits-Amerikaanse thriller-dramafilm uit 2006 onder regie van Christopher Nolan. Het verhaal hiervan is gebaseerd op het gelijknamige boek van Christopher Priest. De film werd genomineerd voor onder meer de Oscars voor beste cinematografie en beste art direction, Saturn Awards voor beste sciencefictionfilm en beste kostuums, de Hugo Award voor beste lange dramaproductie en de Nebula Award voor beste script. The Prestige won daadwerkelijk een Empire Award voor beste regisseur en een Satellite Award voor beste dvd.
