Bijaya Kumar Gachhadar (Nepali: बिजयकुमार गच्छदार) is a Nepalese politician and leader of the Nepali Congress.[3] He has served five terms as deputy prime minister of Nepal. Presently, he's the second vice-president of Nepali Congress.
