Filibuster

United States senator of Vermont Bernie Sanders delivered a filibuster to the congress about tax cuts in December 2010

Filibuster, also known as talking out a bill,[1] is a tactic of parliamentary procedure. Filibustering occurs when a person addresses a parliament for a new law, and somebody disagrees with such law, so they start talking and don't stop until the parliament calls off for the day. It is a method of stopping an unfavorable bill to the mind a parliament member from being passed.
