Gunning Bedford Jr.

Gunning Bedford, Jr. (1747 – March 30, 1812) was an American lawyer and politician. He was from Wilmington, in New Castle County, Delaware. He was in the Continental Congress from 1783 to 1785. He helped the rights of small states. He was also a federal judge. Bedford was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
