INS Kochi (D-64) is a warship of the Indian Navy which was commissioned on 30 September 2015.[13] It is the second warship of the Kolkata-class Destroyer series after INS Kolkata. The keel of ship was laid down on 25 October 2005 and launched on 18 September 2009. It was constructed in Mumbai by Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders.[1]
