John Cunningham Whitehead (April 2, 1922 – February 7, 2015) was an American banker and civil servant. He was a board member of the World Trade Center Memorial Foundation (WTC Memorial Foundation). He was chairman of the Lower Manhattan Development Corporation.[1] Whitehead served as United States Deputy Secretary of State under the Ronald Reagan administration from 1985 through 1989.
