John Hart (c. 1713 – May 11, 1779) was a Delegate from New Jersey to the Continental Congress and a signer of the United States Declaration of Independence.[2][1]

In 1741, Hart married Deborah Scudder (1721–1776). The couple had thirteen children.[3]
