Matthew Broderick (born March 21, 1962) is an American actor.[1] He was born and raised in New York City.[2] He is partly of Jewish descent (his mother was Jewish),[3] and considers himself Jewish.[4] He starred in many movies, including Ferris Bueller's Day Off, Godzilla and The Lion King.[5] Broderick married Sarah Jessica Parker in 1997.[6][7][8]
