Quinary

The quinary number system (also known as base-5 or pental) is a number system that use 5 digits (0, 1, 2, 3 and 4). Quinary is related to the decimal system. Examples are 17 in quinary is 32 and 64 in quinary is 224. When you reach 4 it will not be 5 because 5 is not in the quinary system, so it will add a 1 the front and everything else except for the 1 at the front (first digit) to 0, instead of 5 at the back. Quinary is almost half of decimal (1-25 only, if they end with 0 or 5 (in decimal)) because 15 in quinary is 30 or 20 in quinary is 40.^[1][2]
