WWE SmackDown is a professional wrestling television program made by WWE. Currently it is the only television broadcast for the SmackDown brand. From its start in 1999, SmackDown! was filmed on Tuesdays and shown on broadcast delay on Thursday nights, but on September 9, 2005, the show moved to Friday nights. To reflect this change, the show was then known to as Friday Night SmackDown!. Since July 19, 2016, the show airs live. The SmackDown brand is currently one of WWE's three brands, the other being Raw and NXT.
Its currently shown in the United States on USA Network, as well as internationally on various TV stations. Since 2025, the show is three hours long.
