Windows Phone 8.1 是微軟在2014年4月2日於美國加州舊金山發表的手機作業系統，它的上一款為Windows Phone 8。^[3]微软在 2014年4月14日發佈开发者預覽版。^[4][5][6][7]搭載Windows Phone 8.0的所有手機全數皆可升級至Windows Phone 8.1。^[8]

Windows Phone 8.1的後繼版本是Windows 10 Mobile。微软曾经承诺可以让所有Lumia WindowsPhone 8设备升级至Windows 10 Mobile，但在2016年3月17日，微軟為18款Windows Phone 8.1设备提供Windows 10 Mobile升級，并且表示不为其他设备提供升级。^[9]
