The 2023 Texas Longhorns football team represented the University of Texas at Austin as a member of the Big 12 Conference during the 2023 NCAA Division I FBS football season. They were led by third-year head coach Steve Sarkisian. The Longhorns played their home games at Darrell K Royal–Texas Memorial Stadium in Austin, Texas. The Texas Longhorns football team drew an average home attendance of 101,625 in 2023.[1]

The season marked the team's last season as members of the Big 12 Conference before joining the Southeastern Conference on July 1, 2024.
