Aeon Gods is a German symphonic power metal band formed in 2022.[1] The band's aim is to explore the world of Babylonian mythology and ancient epics through their music. The band's first full-length album, King of Gods, was released on 22 November 2024 and features the battles of the ancient gods and episodes of the Babylonian creation myth. The album was mixed and mastered by Sebastian 'Seeb' Levermann, while the cover artwork was designed by Peter Sallai.[1] In 2024, the band signed to Scarlet Records.[2] The band's music has a symphonic power metal style, characterised by epic choruses, powerful drums and grandiose instrumentation. Aeon Gods' music combines Babylonian and Mesopotamian mythological visuality with modern metal elements to create unique melodies.
