Brigadier General Hector E. Pagan (born 1957) is a United States Army officer who is the first Hispanic of Puerto Rican descent to become Deputy Commanding General of the U.S.Army John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School at Fort Liberty, North Carolina.[1]
