Khalil Halilu (born 29 October 1990) is a Nigerian business and tech expert, entrepreneur and the current executive vice chairman and chief executive officer of the National Agency for Science and Engineering Infrastructure NASENI. He was appointed to this position by President Bola Tinubu on 1 September 2023.[1]
