Same-sex marriage is recognized, but not performed in Israel.

An alternative form of legal recognition other than marriage is recognized in Bolivia, Croatia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Monaco, Montenegro, and San Marino.
