William Henry "Skeeter" Barnes (born March 7, 1957) is a former Major League Baseball utility player. He played in MLB for the Cincinnati Reds (1983–1984 and 1989), Montreal Expos (1985), St. Louis Cardinals (1987) and Detroit Tigers (1991–1994). Following his playing career, Barnes spent nearly two decades as a manager and coach in Minor League Baseball.
