Wikipedia:Manual of Style (anime- and manga-related articles) has stated [u]se the official English titles for article names and place the transliteration of the Japanese on the first line of the article. At this time specifically the names for versions in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Ireland are to be used instead of names used in Southeast Asian English versions. Any discussion on that policy should be directed to the guideline's talk page.
