Visa requirements for Belarusian citizens are administrative entry restrictions imposed on citizens of Belarus by the authorities of other states.

Belarusian citizens in other countries also can benefit from the mobility rights arrangements within the Commonwealth of Independent States and the rules of the single market of the Eurasian Economic Union.

As of 2025, Belarusian citizens had visa-free or visa-on-arrival access to 81 countries and territories, ranking the Belarusian passport 62nd in the world according to the Henley Passport Index.^[1]
